Sleep Over services include:
- Watering of indoor plants, hanging baskets, vegetable plots, flower beds (if so specified)
- Standard swimming pool maintenance - adding of chlorine etc
- Basic maintenance such as replacing of blown light bulbs etc
- Switching on of sprinkler systems and pond filters and outdoor lights for security purposes
- During the occupation period of your home I undertake to sleep there every night, unless I am forced by special circumstances to not being able to. In such a case I shall arrange for a trustworthy stand-in and you will be informed
- I shall ensure that all doors and windows are locked at all times at night or when not at home, security gate(s) closed and locked and alarm(s) activated. All your security measures will be observed. The home-owner shall ensure that the housesitter is supplied with a written or printed list with all codes etc applicable
- Regular checks throughout the house to ensure everything is in order
- Rubbish will be put out on collection days
- Mail collected from post box at your home only
- Pets taken care of - this includes all regular pets such as dogs, cats, fish, birds, hamsters, rabbits etc. In the case of exotic pets, please be sure to leave very specific instructions
- I love pets, hence your pets will be taken care of like I would my own. I strife to upset their routine as little as possible to reduce stress due to your absence
- You can relax in the knowledge that your pets are in good hands
- Although I am by no means a professional cleaner, I shall strife at all times to leave your house in the same condition I found it in upon my arrival, in other words - I will clean up after myself
